WWE Elimination Chamber 2023: 10 Nightmares That Could Come True

4. Both Chamber Bouts Flop

Time for a bit of brutal honesty though: WWE's titular Elimination Chamber bouts this year are very low-key and represent a slow death for the gimmick. Sure, there have been secondary Chamber matches over the years, but both on offer here feel like two of the least-engaging on the entire card.

Imagine that was the case for something like Royal Rumble or Money In The Bank. That's unlikely, but it's actually happening in Chamber land, and it's hardly inconceivable that Montreal treats both matches with the apathy they richly deserve. What? Is Canada supposed to be thrilled that they've got one Chamber scrap for a secondary title and another with such a dirt poor lineup?

Come on now.

WWE chiefs may find out the hard way that they can't chuck any old nonsense into those pods and expect audiences to gobble it up. There's a genuine fear that these twin Chamber matches could be the least-thrilling in promotional history.
