WWE Extreme Rules 2014: 10 Match Types We Most Want To See
WrestleMania has already come to an end, but once the event ends, that doesn't mean everybody in WWE gets to go on vacation. Instead, another whole year of exciting professional wrestling action gets planned out, and that means having to always think about the future. The next pay per view event after WrestleMania is Extreme Rules which will take place at the IZOD Center in East Rutherford, New Jersey. The show may be a month away, but there's still plenty of time to speculate over that the WWE writers have planned for the show. Naturally, there are going to be a few WrestleMania rematches, and every match is going to have some type of gimmick or stipulation that makes it "Extreme" compared to most other shows. Based on what's been shown in the Extreme Rules of previous years, there are going to be a few traditional match types that will be placed on the show. But there's also the potential for there to be a few surprises too. WWE's PG rating limits some of the more gruesome match types, but sometimes with a wrestling show less is more, and so here are ten "hardcore" match types that WWE is capable of putting on the Extreme Rules show that the WWE Universe will want to see.
