I don't see it being either Kevin Owens or Sami Zayn, whose feud will likely continue into its 47th consecutive year. Their rivalry doesn't need the belt, and both will likely be tied in to next month's Money in the Bank ladder match. That means either Miz retains through some sort of chicanery/luck, or Cesaro wins the belt outright.

While my gut says Miz would retain, just to continue his run as a perfectly-unlikable heel, there's a lack of true babyface winners among my picks, and I figure Cesaro would have the best shot of providing some sort of balance. Cesaro could just as easily beat Miz in a rematch at Money in the Bank, and his popularity would elevate the gold through the summer months.
