3. Bayley Emerges From The Cross-Fire

Alexa Bliss has been absent for the latter part of the build to this handicap match owing to an apparently serious sinus infection, which is just another reason why it's entirely unnecessary to switch the strap to her tonight.

The inevitable blow-up between Bliss and Nikki Cross doesn't benefit from the title being involved, and for the wider sake of WWE's women's division having some sense of depth, a battle over another issue besides gold is crucial.

Things will come to a head in Philly then, as Cross-ed wires will lead to failed aspirations on the part of the heel. That is, unless WWE want to 'punish' Bayley for her little FS1 flub this past week. Spite is always a factor to consider.

Prediction: Bayley walks out in-tact. Could she be helped by an old friend... ?

Benjamin was born in 1987, and is still not dead. He variously enjoys classical music, old-school adventure games (they're not dead), and walks on the beach (albeit short - asthma, you know). He's currently trying to compile a comprehensive history of video game music, yet denies accusations that he purposefully targets niche audiences. He's often wrong about these things.
