...and sow seeds for some easy trouble in paradise.

When Bayley then tries to defend her SmackDown Women's Title against tiny spitfire Nikki Cross, Sasha should return the "favour" from earlier and "accidentally" cost her the belt. Yes, your writer is pitching that Cross gets her first run with the SmackDown Women's prize. Why not? She's been super-entertaining lately.

After Extreme Rules, Sasha and Bayley don't need to split either. They can attempt to rescue some lost pride (and lost titles) by reasoning that they are still Women's Tag Champs; then, the devious pair can show solidarity by hatching a plan to get that SmackDown belt back.

That'd keep the inevitable split open for WWE. They don't need to pull the trigger before SummerSlam if they don't want to, because some sort of Bayley vs. Cross rematch sounds fine. Or, they can go all in on the tension and Cross can splinter off into a feud with Alexa Bliss.
