A WWE fan hopped the guardrail and attempted to get at Grayson Waller at a house show in Newark, Delaware this past weekend.

Footage of the fan in question has hit social media. The attendee can be seen struggling on the floor with a member of the security team, while Waller and partner Austin Theory circle the ring. Security then deposited the fan over the guardrail for another staff member to escort them away from ringside.

Waller and Theory defeated Cameron Grimes and Odyssey Jones on the 3 December event, which took place as part of WWE's Live Holiday Tour.

Waller has reacted to the incident, posting:

Theory and Waller have been paid together as a heel unit in WWE since September. There is currently no footage of what the duo may have done to incite the fan, or of the attendee actually hopping the barricade, though he is clearly being dealt with in the supplied clip.

WWE is reportedly very high on Waller and Theory as a heel act, pointing towards prominent roles through WrestleMania 40.
