20. At Least The Tag Team Championship Was Booked Right
Thank heavens for small mercies: the PPV itself might have been a sh*tshow on reflection, but at least the creatives booked some things right. The Bullet Club lads looked good while also looking like real heels and the decision to rob Enzo and Cass gives the feud legs.
Raw needs some way of rebuilding the tag division, and this is the kind of foundation that would make sense - even if some fans wouldn't exactly be delirious if the other guys ever get the belts...
Bad news buddy, maybe don't watch 'Mania. Unless of course the Hardys aren't just playing...
It sucks that WWE can't get their house in order to make the tag champions look like they deserve the belts (because Roman Reigns can beat them single-handedly), but this goes some way to mending it. Hopefully.
At the final assessment? Good match, low stakes, reasonably entertaining. In context, this was an absolute swing for the fence.
