Before the pay-per-view it was written that WWE must start with The Miz vs. Dean Ambrose, because that Intercontinental Title match had been done to death and it'd be wise for creative to get it over and done with. Whilst those claims still have merit, Seth Rollins vs. Bray Wyatt was the other option. Seriously, why were these guys even fighting?

As the lame duck feud of the night (at least Ambrose and Miz have history), Rollins vs. Wyatt seemed to exist only so two of Raw's top names had something to do on Sunday evening. That's not quite good enough, but at least putting the match out first got it out of the way quickly.

No, that's not the way things should be at all, and yet WWE seem determined to squeeze another match out of this rivalry. Despite all that negativity, the action itself was enjoyable; putting Rollins vs. Wyatt on as the curtain jerker also meant they had a clean slate to work with on the show.
