8. Bray Wyatt & Matt Hardy Vs. The Bar - Raw Tag Team Titles

This was when the house show calibre bouts commenced. Had The Bar, Bray Wyatt, and Matt Hardy delivered this nine-minute clash in an old exhibition centre somewhere in the arse end of Iowa, nobody would've complained, but it started a notable downturn in excitement levels for the Greatest Royal Rumble.

Fundamentally solid but entirely devoid of adrenaline, it was as formulaic as it gets. Hardy played face-in-peril, with Sheamus and Cesaro beating him down throughout the bout, before Bray Wyatt came in for the hot tag. The Bar fought back, nailing the double team White Noise. In ran Matt, clearing Cesaro from the ring, before him and Bray hate their lame wheelbarrow Twist Of Fate for the win (and the titles).

The clash was hampered by predictability. With The Bar send to SmackDown in the Superstar Shake-Up, they were never going to leave with the Raw Tag Team Championships. Still, this could've been dampened had they delivered an exciting bout, but they didn't. Though far from objectively bad, it's a match you'll have probably forgotten about by the time you wake up tomorrow.

Star Rating: **1/2
