4. JBL's Tone-Deaf Speech On Tolerance

The APA, JBL and Ron Simmons, came out to introduce Teddy Long, and their speech included references to Long living through racial turbulence in America.

JBL then went on to add that "people should be judged not by the colour of their skin but the content of their character", which is a nice enough sentiment, but it's also hard to take that seriously coming from him.

No, JBL isn't a racist, but he is a notorious locker room bully, and reports this week suggest he may have had something to do with Mauro Ranallo battling a depressive episode at the moment.

A speech about tolerance and acceptance coming from one of WWE's most infamous trolls is a bit rich. Perhaps it would've sounded better if Simmons had said it, but then, he was never much of a talker.
