5. WWE Are On The Right Lines With Roman Reigns

The past few years have been massive for Roman Reigns. In early-2014, a lot of people were waiting on WWE to pull the trigger on his split from The Shield and subsequent push. Once that happened, fans seemed to rebel, refusing to accept how the man was being portrayed. Part of the problem seemed to be that the company were intent on pushing Reigns as John Cena 2.0. That completely misses the point over what people liked about the guy to begin with. In The Shield, Reigns was a brooding powerhouse who exuded a cool vibe and intensity. All too often since going solo, he hasn't been booked the same way. At Hell In A Cell, he was, and it's no accident that the live audience responded favourably to him for the most part as a consequence. If the rumours are true, and Vince McMahon wants to make Reigns WWE World Heavyweight Champion at WrestleMania, he needs more of this kind of thing. His match against Bray Wyatt was hard-hitting, and played to Roman's strengths. He's developing as a WWE star, that's something which must be remembered. At Hell In A Cell, it became obvious that he's on the right path.
