WWE Hell In A Cell 2016: 10 Things You Might Have Missed

1. The KO Table Bump Was More Vicious Than The Finish

Aided by Chris Jericho, Kevin Owens was eventually able to hit Seth Rollins with a Powerbomb for the win. Having earlier hit his patented Pop-Up variation of the same move, KO elected to smash his foe through two chairs in order to get the victory and retain his WWE Universal Title.

The finishing move did look meaty, there's no doubt that it was also painful for Seth to endure. Still, the bout's conclusion couldn't top another stunt that had come before. On that occasion, it was Owens who suffered the punishment, crashing through not one but two tables at ringside.

One table was set up traditionally, nestled snugly between the ring and the Cell itself. Adding to the visual, KO set up another running in the opposite direction, jammed against the ring ropes and the steel structure. He would then find himself hit with a Powerbomb from Rollins through both pieces of wood.

Whilst the chair bump looked sore, it could not better the spot involving the tables. If anything, crashing through both tables should have finished Owens off more than Rollins thumping through some chairs did.
