Should Bray Wyatt lose, even with Braun Strowman's run in as the main reason, he's dead as a threatening character. This entire rivalry between 'The Fiend' and Seth has been a classic example of WWE booking something before realising they'd need to write a strong conclusion. They kinda' got carried away with the excitement.

It's too late to back out now, meaning Bray's 'Fiend' has to become Universal Champion. What WWE do from there is up for debate. Wyatt could continue appearing sporadically rather than weekly, thus maintaining the aura behind his character, or he could disappear entirely until after the Draft.

WWE should be warned that beating Bray now would evaporate all of his menace and leave him back in the same purgatory he was mired in before this reinvention happened. If they didn't want to hurt Seth, then they should've thought of that before booking this match.
