With WWE Money in the Bank taking place this weekend, that means fans will be tuning in to see the usual car-crash chaos of the Premium Live Event's two eponymous ladder matches.

To focus on the men's MITB ladder match here, an argument could be made for each of the bout's six competitors to walk out as the new Mr. Money in the Bank.

The biggest name in this match, CM Punk has already won the Money in the Bank briefcase twice, leading to the first two of his eight WWE World Championships. Heavily involved in the WWE Title picture on SmackDown right now, a MITB win would give the Second City Saint one up on current champ Sami Zayn, as Punk would then be able to call his next title shot whenever he best sees fit.

Speaking of which, Kevin Owens is another who finds himself in that same mix over on SmackDown with Punk and Zayn. Desperate to hold a World Title for the first time since losing the now-defunct Universal Championship nine and a half years ago, KO winning the Money in the Bank briefcase would not only give him a chance at taking home more gold, but there's also the fascinating storyline prospect of Owens' long-standing history with Sami Zayn.

With recent reports that his Mexico City match against Roman Reigns has led to WWE viewing him as a main event talent and future World Champion, Penta is another who many fans are going with as their favourite to emerge victorious on Saturday. And what better way to become a future World Champion than by having a guaranteed title shot to your name?

Of course, when looking at future WWE World Champions, Bron Breakker is somebody whose name immediately comes to mind, with regular chatter that the second-generation Steiner is expected to headline numerous WrestleManias down the line. Again, a big Money in the Bank win would be a perfect way to start that true main event ascension for Bron.

Then we have Trick Williams, a two-time United States Champion and yet another talent tipped for big things in the years to come. Will Trick Willy get to walk around as Mr. Trick in the Bank after this weekend? That remains to be seen.

Rounding out the line-up, it's likely the biggest underdog in the match, Je'Von Evans. He may be the youngest man in the match, and he might be up against the odds, but the hugely promising Young OG might ultimately end up shocking the world on Saturday.

So, taking into account all six competitors for the men's Money in the Bank match, who's your pick?
