4. Cesaro
WWE.comThe easiest way to sum up why Cesaro is on this list is the few times he got significantly involved in the action, fans were genuinely surprised because we had forgotten he was actually in the match. Cesaro is another talent whose career trajectory has been somewhat baffling. The fans were dying for him to turn face toward the end of his Real Americans run, and exploded for his impressive win in the Andre The Giant battle royal at Mania. It felt like the start of something huge for the Swiss Superman, but thus far placing him with Paul Heyman has felt like a step backward. He was inserted into the Elimination Chamber match and hopes were high that he would get to shine in his first real chance in the spotlight, and he made the most of his time in the cage, But at Money In The Bank he just felt like a body in the ring, thrown in there for no other reason than to fill a spot. The fans have cooled on him considerably and he seems directionless. As for his performance in the main event ladder match, he had no memorable spots, which for a guy with Cesaro's tools is a travesty, The King Of Swing should not be a space-filler.
