Remember that joy of seeing the likes of Kevin Owens and AJ Styles pick up their first wins on WWE pay-per-view? Well, a victory for Apollo Crews over Sheamus wasn't quite on that level, but it was still wholly pleasing to see happen. The fact it wasn't exactly a given going into the show makes it all the sweeter.

Moved from the Kickoff show to the main card, Crews vs. Sheamus has the distinct handicap of not being one of Money In The Bank's most heavily-hyped matches. Indeed, it was more akin to filler, there to pad things out than really rock the house.

At just over 8 minutes in length, it was hard for either man to do anything special. Instead, they had a functional bout that fulfilled the intended purpose, giving Apollo more experience on a big stage and getting his first pay-per-view win secured.

To that end, it was a success. Apollo's win may have been opportunistic, but it's something the babyface can shout about on television going forward, hopefully moving into a new scenario.
