WWE Money In The Bank 2016: 10 Things We Learned
3. John Cena & AJ Styles Will Collide Again
There's no way a character like John Cena's will accept the manner of his defeat at Money In The Bank. The fact there's a pay-per-view called Battleground next on the agenda should come as no surprise, nor be considered a coincidence. Fans can fully expect Cena to be all guns blazing on Monday Night Raw.
Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson were directly responsible for Cena's loss to AJ Styles at Money In The Bank, and that's a clip to be replayed numerous times in the lead up to a rematch. There's even a fair chance Cena vs. Styles II could take place inside a Steel Cage, designed to keep the rest of The Club at bay.
Even if it's not a Steel Cage Match, the redo will happen sooner rather than later. Battleground needs that one major bout to make it worthwhile, and WWE have the perfect opportunity to achieve that with Cena vs. Styles.
Those who enjoyed their first tango can rest easy, there's definitely another one in the pipeline. That finish confirms it.
