WWE Money In The Bank 2017: 8 Things That Must Happen

That's not to say that Lana needs to become SmackDown Women's Champion so soon, because she really doesn't. In fact, it'd almost feel like a mistake if WWE got swept away by the reborn character and put the title on her for no other reason than she looked awesome holding the thing in a blue dress on TV.

She did, but that's not quite enough to dethrone Naomi. At least, it shouldn't be. Naomi's title run may stretch back to WrestleMania 33, but it's still very much in its infancy, and she should be protected at all costs. Until Charlotte Flair turns flat out face, WWE don't have a lot of babyface heroes on the female side to work with each Tuesday night anyway.

That must be remembered come Money In The Bank. WWE should build Lana up towards the Women's Title, not just put the blue belt around her waist at first try because she's this month's hottest flavour.

Patience is key when it comes to Lana.
