Ricochet shouldn't win though - Big E should.

All signs point towards a Seth Rollins triumph on Sunday, to be fair. He's the one making overtures towards Roman Reigns, and Seth is the guy going nose-to-nose with Edge in backstage segments. Meanwhile, E has been tossed to the back of the queue following an all-too-brief Intercontinental Title run.

The good news is that E still has credibility with WWE's fanbase, and they'll be over the moon to see him stroll out at MITB. In fact, Big E could be one of the only babyfaces in the match that won't hear boos if he scales the ladder and looks certain to win.

His time is coming, and people are ready for it.

Having E climb right over a fighting Rollins and Drew McIntyre (for example) before snatching the briefcase would be smart. SmackDown's writers would then have to be careful not to turn him into this year's version of Otis, but they can cross that road when they come to it.
