4. Theory Gets Upended

Aw hell no!

Theory isn't all things to all men at the moment, but he does represent the future of this company. Similarly, although the United States Title is hardly the most prestigious piece of gold available, it can become important again if WWE centres a top-line feud around the thing.

That's why it'd be such a catastrophe if Theory dropped the belt to Bobby Lashley at Money In The Bank. Don't rule that out; the E might reason that putting the US strap on Lashley at least guarantees him a midcard spot on the SummerSlam card.

They might also look at Theory vs. John Cena and think having any kind of title involved would only muddy those waters/be totally unnecessary. That'd be a mistake, because Cena has history with the secondary strap and Theory should be rubbing his own current success in the returning legend's face during any build towards their match.

Keep that title where it is, or risk sullying Theory's lustre.
