Tyson Kidd

Kidd is the sentimental favourite going into MITB but even his most supportive fans must doubt his chances of success. It was a surprise to see Kidd earn his place in the match but he does have the support of the crowd. Hes won them over with his unique in-ring style, which brings me onto my next point. Along with Sin Cara, I think Kidd may be used as the main stunt performer of the match, which, while making somebody popular in the short term and creating memorable moments (e.g. Shelton Benjamin), often ends in failure. My only hope is that he hasnt been put in the match purely to be squashed by Tensai or Sandow. While I believe Kidd is a talented wrestler, he has only just received the smallest of pushes and it would perhaps be more beneficiary for him to win an Intercontinental/US title before challenging for a main event spot.
