The Day of RAW
We awoke and we set about having ourselves a tourist day before heading back to the meadowlands at night. It was a glorious day of sunshine and the bitter wind from the past few days had disappeared. We wandered up and down the Brooklyn Bridge and walked about lower Manhattan, but you dont care about that. Now that we were Meadowlands veterans and we didnt want any more merch (yet) we didnt leave for RAW until mid-afternoon. Manchester United were playing City that day and with us both being United fans, we watched the first half in a Manhattan Bar with a couple of delicious chicken wraps (more on THEM later) before we set off. An American found it amazing he was watching United with people from Manchester, as did whoever he had txt to inform them of such. Our journey back to the meadowlands was exactly the same as the previous day but much more relaxing (The wife still had trouble leaving Secaucus. Stupid tickets!). The coach driver did seem to get a little lost getting to the car park of the iZod but soon enough we were there once again. Even though we had set off much later than the previous day, we were easily within the first 10 people milling about. The only merch van outside was blaring last years Mania recap amongst other things and it drew us right in...
