WWE Night Of Champions 2015: 8 Shocking Things That Could Happen

4. Lana Costs Dolph Ziggler Match With Rusev

One of the biggest rumours heading into Night Of Champions without a doubt involves Lana and Rusev. Splitting earlier this year, the couple have floundered somewhat without one another. Hearsay suggests that WWE management feel the same, and are poised to reunite them on the Pay-Per-View. If that's the case, Lana would have to cost Dolph Ziggler his match against Rusev. This flies in the face of an earlier idea that Summer Rae could be the one to do it. It's a good sign that there are multiple options, because it leaves things unpredictable. That's exactly how they should be on a WWE Pay-Per-View, fans shouldn't be able to easily guess exactly what's going to happen. Nonetheless, if Lana did return to Rusev's side, it would be a shocking moment. Having Lana exist as a babyface character has - thus far - been a failed experiment. There was a lot more she could have achieved by Rusev's side. Lana is also a far better talker than her male counterpart, Rusev hasn't been convincing on the microphone on his own. It's clear he needs more time to develop that skill, so there are worse ideas than putting him back with the 'Ravishing Russian'.
