WWE Night Of Champions 2023: 10 Nightmares That Could Come True

6. The Female Titles Quietly Swap

This would be hilarious/tragic.

Rhea Ripley won the SmackDown Women's Title at 'Mania, then was announced as a Raw grab in the 2023 Draft. Meanwhile, reigning Raw Women's Champ Bianca Belair moved over to SmackDown in the (sort of) annual talent free for all. That means the female belts are on opposite shows.

WWE hasn't booked one of those pesky belt swap angles on TV quite yet, and it doesn't look like they're interested in doing so any time soon. So, wouldn't it be something if Rhea came out for her match vs. Natalya with the red strap and Bianca with the blue one at NOC?

Some sort of off-screen belt switch could take place, and WWE would be hoping nobody noticed. Yes, that'd be totally stupid, but (and here's a version of that phrase again) wackier things have happened in a McMahon-led company. Triple H might not be immune to typical federation bullsh*t either.
