WWE Night of Champions - Live on Sky Box Office

Match #4: Randy Orton vs. Dolph Ziggler I€™ve been getting Goosebumps all week thinking about this match. If I can use Wrestlemania III as the metaphor, this match has some serious €œSavage vs. Steamboat€ potential as the match that could steal all the thunder from the evening€™s main event. It€™s also a match that both competitors direly need. In Randy Orton€™s case, he€™s yet to return to his main-event status since returning from his second wellness suspension, and is genuinely looking to turn a new corner in his life. When he€™s firing on all cylinders, Randy Orton has the capability of being a brand-defining superstar, easily in the same class as CM Punk and John Cena. Not to mention that he€™s probably the best in-ring worker the WWE has. Now, against Ziggler, Orton has the chance to truly show his inner sadism that makes his matches so bone chilling to watch. Conversely, Dolph Ziggler has been a rising star for a number of years due to his incredible in-ring prowess, but had never had the proper feud to push his intense megalomania. When pitted against Orton, suddenly, we see a side of Dolph€™s character that really fleshes out the audiences understanding of him. We see an ego that has to collide with every else€™s as a matter of principle, that has to be measured at any cost, and that has made him engrossing to watch outside the ring as well. When all is said and done, I believe Ziggler will be able to use his momentum to put himself up with the number one contenders for years to come, Money in the Bank Briefcase notwithstanding. In all likelihood, Randy Orton will be waiting for him when he gets there. Winner: Dolph Ziggler
