WWE Night of Champions - Live on Sky Box Office

Match #3: WWE Tag Team Champions R-Truth and Kofi Kingston vs. Team Friendship (Daniel Bryan and Kane)Has everyone been as engrossed as I have over Daniel Bryan€™s existential struggle the past few weeks between yes and no with the fans? When you boil it down to its core, Bryan€™s struggle actually does break down to that basic quandary, with yes representing his old anger, and no being his desperate attempt to become an adjusted member of society. His foil through all this, Kane, is one of the most respected and feared superstars in the locker room, a man with a true taste for chaos. We€™ve seen Kane in alliances before, and we€™ve even seen him receive the affections of a girlfriend, but a real friend? That€™s something Kane€™s black heart has never had to grapple with. Team Friendship€™s inaugural match pits them against two of the WWE€™s most talented pure athletes in R-Truth and Kofi Kingston. Kingston in particular seems like he has the chops to be a main event contender, with a winning persona and the in-ring skills to boot. However, Kofi seems as though, at this point in his career, his abilities as a superstar are being held back by R-Truth, especially considering the hackneyed nature of some of his gimmicks (Little Jimmy anyone? No? No one at all?). Team Friendship will have an uphill battle to take the tag titles, but with a brutal veteran like Kane and a truly special superstar in Daniel Bryan, it seems like they have the Champions€™ numbers. Just know that, to win, Bryan will have to learn that, sometimes, it€™s okay to say, €œYES! YES! YES!€ if it helps out his friend. Kofi Kingston will thank Team Friendship later when he finds a way to put himself in the conversation for the Intercontinental or U.S Title. Winner: Team Friendship
