WWE Night Of Champions Mixtape

1. Randy Orton (C) Vs. Daniel Bryan - WWE Championship - 2013

...Randy Orton against Daniel Bryan for the WWE World Championship from 2013. Bryan and Orton had great, great chemistry together, and we were really moving quickly at this point on Daniel Bryan's road to the pinnacle of professional wrestling.

He was getting screwed over by The Authority at every turn, but somehow he managed to come on top at the event after hitting Knee-Plus on the defending champion. The victory was somewhat dampened by the Scott Armstrong fast count debacle, but this takes nothing away from the match itself.

Night of Champions has something of a history of screwy main event finishes. The other option here was CM Punk against John Cena in 2013, but the double pin draw that ended that really left a sour taste in this writer's mouth. As such, Bryan and Orton get the nod to event this Night of Champions mixtape.

Other Options - CM Punk vs. John Cena (2012), John Cena vs. Brock Lesnar (2014)

What do you think? What would your Night of Champions mixtape look like? Throw the card together and drop it in the comments below, I'd be very interested to see the differences. Would you have Cena/Punk ahead of Bryan/Orton, allowing Bryan/Miz to usurp Sheamus/Cesaro? The possibilities, as they say, are endless.

Born in the middle of Wales in the middle of the 1980's, John can't quite remember when he started watching wrestling but he has a terrible feeling that Dino Bravo was involved. Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man. He is the author of 'An Illustrated History of Slavic Misery', the best book about the Slavic people that you haven't yet read. You can get that and others from www.poshlostbooks.com.
