One thing the live crowd in Sacramento, California can't be criticised for is not making noise. At No Mercy, the audience were loud, receptive and made the bigger matches on the show feel even more special. Never was that more evident than during the WWE Title Triple Threat encounter pitting AJ Styles against both John Cena and Dean Ambrose.

As soon as John Cena's entrance music blared over the sound system, the atmosphere was utterly electric. That sense only heightened when the actual match itself got underway, it was obvious that people hadn't been expecting this bout to open the show.

When pro wrestling fans are lively and enthusiastic, performers react in a positive way. Styles, Cena and Ambrose were all feeding off of the intensity of their audience, something that resonated through the television screen and made the match feel even bigger.

That crowd deserve a medal for being so into what was happening. To their credit, people were noisy all night, reacting to major near falls and results with an impassioned roar.
