WWE NXT: 10 Best Non-Indy Wrestlers

1. Bray Wyatt

One of the most unique characters to enter WWE in a long time and one of the earliest successes in Triple H's NXT, Bray Wyatt is one of the best young wrestlers in WWE today.

Based on Robert De Niros Max Cady from Cape Fear, Wyatt quickly erased all memories of Husky Harris with his chilling promos, his eerie presence and his 100% commitment to his character.

Nowadays the character has become repetitive due to the overexposure of Raw and Smackdown, but in the one hour a week NXT, fans couldn't get enough of Wyatt. He was cool, original, scary, and fresh. Fans had seen nothing like him before.

In the ring, Wyatt rarely had a bad showing. Moving with frightening speed and flexibility for a man of his girth, Wyatt could well have come straight out of a horror film.

Soon joined by Luke Harper and Erik Rowan, Wyatt and his family arrived on the main roster and leapt straight into high profile feuds with John Cena, Daniel Bryan, CM Punk, the Shield, Chris Jericho and the Undertaker.

Should Wyatt have beaten Undertaker at WrestleMania? It really doesn't matter. The fact that he was chosen for that match is evidence enough of WWEs faith in him.

For all the super workers in NXT, do not forget that there are plenty of home-grown talents in there too, that could very well become the next Bray Wyatt.

As a wrestling fan I've flown across the Atlantic for the last five years specifically to attend WrestleMania (28 and 30) as well as TNA, ROH, Evolve, Chikara and most recently PWG. I may have a problem! But if you're reading my work then you probably love wrestling too, so lets focus on that!
