When Blake and Murphy came out for the main event of the first half of the show, fans stood in anticipation that they would get their favourite tag team. As the chords of Jordan & Gables theme tune hit, everybody started celebrating because out of everybody on this show, Jason Jordan and Chad Gable were the most popular act, without anyone coming close. The action in the tag team match was exciting and build to an energetic crescendo but throughout the bout, there were groups of fans screaming for Jordan and Gable to wave to the crowd, and fans shouted both their names at every possible opportunity. When Jordan got the hot tag after Blake and Murphy worked over Gable for about ten minutes, the crowd came unglued for the NXT mainstay. There was a maturity and sense of confidence that I havent seen from Jordan in the past. The huge reception from the UK crowd is clearly pushing him to continue delivering in the ring. The live event was packed with stars, but the most popular act on the bill was Jordan and Gable.
