During intermission, there was a video package hyping Finn Balor which gave the main event a big fight feel. After Balors entrance, the crowd had waited all night for Sami Zayn. To have an NXT Tour without Sami wouldve been a real shame given what he means to the brand, but to have him be able to return to action in the headline spot of this tour was a special moment. Chants of Olé filled the arena as fans anxiously awaited the arrival of their returning hero. When the bell rang, he hadnt missed a beat and Balor and Zayn had an epic main event match with great flurries of offense from both sides, near falls, drama, all culminating in The NXT Champion getting the pinfall and retaining his title. As Balor was celebrating, Sami got back in the ring and as they circled each other, Sami Zayn re-affirmed why the crowd love him so much as he stuck out his hand to congratulate Finn on his victory and left him to celebrate.
