When Apollo Crews music hit, the Glasgow audience gave him a decent reception for a guy thats only been on TV for just over three months. But, when Samoa Joes music hit, the Glasgow crowd went nuts. It almost seemed like a homecoming for Joe. Hed performed here so often with TNA that the Scottish audience knew exactly who he was and embraced him like a superstar. I felt bad for Apollo not getting the crowd on his side for the match, but there was nothing he could do, on this night the crowd had sided with Joe. The two veterans of the squared circle had a pretty exciting match with Crews showing he could hang with a guy like Joe and adapt to a different crowd response than he was expecting. In the end, Joe hit the muscle buster and pinned Crews in what ended up being one of the most memorable matches on the card. Seeing Joe live in person, its a real testament to him getting himself into such tremendous shape and having this run in NXT.
