7. Jack Swagger vs Adam Rose

This may seem like a peculiar match to have on pay-per-view, but Adam Rose's antics on Raw the past week seem to suggest he is line for a bit of a push on the main roster. His promotional videos have been teased for weeks now, and he made a surprise appearance on Raw when he interrupted Zeb Colter and Swagger. If they are setting up a match between the two at Payback, you feel that Rose is the only realistic winner. It is rare you see a guy make the jump up from NXT and get beaten on his first real showing on pay-per-view - as Alexander Rusev proved at Extreme Rules. Unfortunately for Swagger, things just aren't going to plan for the former World Heavyweight Champion, and change is required if he is to save his WWE career. Unfortunately at Payback, he will simply be a puppet to get Adam Rose's WWE career up and running for real.
