The build for Big E vs Rusev has been shockingly poor, nothing more than a USA flag waving Big E standing up to the proud Russian heel. It's a classic concept of the patriot against the hated foreigner, but the story has been so underdeveloped that fans who actually care will be at a minimum. Not to say it will be a bad match, Big E is one of the most improved grapplers on the roster and Rusev is slowly finding his niche. Hopefully it gets a bit of a time and they can work out some good big man spots, we know that both have solid athleticism for their size, so we hope they get to put that on show. Then again, WWE may just want Big E to be another quick squash for Rusev's monster heel push. If that's the case then why even bother? This match could easily have been done on Raw in that context. It's hard to see past Rusev for the winner, he's the man headed toward bigger things right now. Big E gets a chance of some attack, but Rusev stops him possibly with the distraction from Lana.
