The Best In The World had a good night against the Shield, in a match that was well paced and well told by all 4 men. CM Punk though should soon be moving on to bigger and better things, and there are a couple of options for him as we head to Wrestlemania season. The first seems to have Punk win the Rumble and then challenge the prospective WWE Champion at Wrestlemania 30. This makes a lot of sense and gives him what he has always wanted- the chance to main event Wrestlemania, which is also exactly what he deserves. However, there is the alternative option of having Punk go up against Triple H and the authority. The angle would basically write itself, with Punk claiming that when he re-signed with the WWE he was guaranteed some changes. These changes have not come and he lays the blame at the feet of Triple H. He may go on to say that Triple H's vendetta against him with the Shield shows that he only wants champions that do things 'his way'. Another option, of course is to have Heyman seek revenge with Brock Lesnar against Punk in some sort of stipulation match- possibly a Hell in a Cell or Cage Match encounter. Such a match would allow Punk to go over Lesnar at Wrestlemania and would be a big match- particularly if the WWE title was on the line. And if Heyman's tweets are to be believed, that may not be such a remote possibility.
