6. Sheamus

He may not have done much at Extreme Rules thanks to being on the Pre-Show panel but Sheamus was finally given something to do on Raw as he had a strong showing in the Battle Royal in which he ended up winning the United States Championship. It also set into motion his reported heel turn as he hit Ambrose with what was labelled a €œsneak attack€ to win the match and his post-match interview only served to get him more boos thanks to his attitude being less than gracious. Sheamus successfully defended the title against Ambrose on SmackDown in a great match. The match was fairly one sided thanks to Sheamus capitalising on the weakened Ambrose. A big week for Sheamus who has been given his first relevant thing to do since returning.
