WWE: Ranking 2013's PPVs From Worst To Best

12. Survivor Series

SurvivorseriesCard: The Miz vs. Kofi Kingston The Shield (Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns) and The Real Americans (Antonio Cesaro and Jack Swagger) vs. Cody Rhodes, Goldust, Rey Mysterio And The Usos (Jimmy and Jey) in a 5v5 Traditional Survivor Series Elimination match Big E Langston (c) vs. Curtis Axel for the Intercontinental Championship The Bella Twins (Nikki and Brie), Natalya, The Funkadactyls (Naomi and Cameron), JoJo and Eva Marie vs. AJ Lee, Tamina Snuka, Summer Rae, Alicia Fox, Kaitlyn, Aksana and Rosa Mendes in a 7v7 Elimination match Mark Henry vs. Ryback John Cena (c) vs. Alberto Del Rio for the World Heavyweight Championship CM Punk and Daniel Bryan vs. The Wyatt Family (Luke Harper and Erick Rowan) Randy Orton (c) vs. The Big Show for the WWE Championship The company's second longest running PPV has been all over the place in recent years, given the ever decreasing focus on traditional elimination tag matches. Whilst last year's event was excellent, owing to the debut of The Shield, this year's was nothing short of a calamity. Though two elimination matches were featured, the 7v7 match between the cast of Total Divas and seven other mismatched female wrestlers made for poor viewing given the necessity to eliminate a competitor every forty five seconds or so. The other encounter, pitting The Real Americans and The Shield against The Usos, Cody Rhodes, Goldust and the returning Rey Mysterio was unsurprisingly the match of the night, however, showcasing Roman Reigns as a future force to be reckoned with. Elsewhere though, a dull main event between The Big Show and Randy Orton, two uninspiring rematches for the World Heavyweight and Intercontinental Championships and a glorified squash match between Mark Henry and Ryback made this a forgettable event that even internet favourites CM Punk and Daniel Bryan couldn't save with their tag team match against Luke Harper and Erick Rowan of the Wyatt Family.
