Whilst last year's event was excellent, owing to the debut of The Shield, this year's was nothing short of a calamity. Though two elimination matches were featured, the 7v7 match between the cast of Total Divas and seven other mismatched female wrestlers made for poor viewing given the necessity to eliminate a competitor every forty five seconds or so. The other encounter, pitting The Real Americans and The Shield against The Usos, Cody Rhodes, Goldust and the returning Rey Mysterio was unsurprisingly the match of the night, however, showcasing Roman Reigns as a future force to be reckoned with. Elsewhere though, a dull main event between The Big Show and Randy Orton, two uninspiring rematches for the World Heavyweight and Intercontinental Championships and a glorified squash match between Mark Henry and Ryback made this a forgettable event that even internet favourites CM Punk and Daniel Bryan couldn't save with their tag team match against Luke Harper and Erick Rowan of the Wyatt Family.
