WWE Raw: 10 Things You May Have Missed (Sept 12)
8. Sasha Banks Had Her Shoulders Down Too
The story heading into the Triple Threat on Raw was that Bayley and Dana Brooke had managed to muscle in on Sasha Banks territory. Entitled to a rematch against Charlotte for the Raw Women's Title, 'The Boss' watched in horror as both Bayley and Brooke were added to the situation by General Manager Mick Foley.
As aforementioned, the actual match itself was great. Sadly, the ending came across a little messy, simply because Banks had her shoulders down on the mat at the same time as Bayley. Interrupting the action between her fellow babyface and Dana Brooke, Sasha rolled through on Bayley and tied her up in a pinning predicament.
The referee coolly counted to three, but really he should have been counting both women out. Banks didn't lift either of her shoulders off the mat before the pin was completed, meaning that technically both she and Bayley pinned one another.
Admittedly, this is nit-picking just a little, but it would have been clearer had Banks been able to even lift one of her shoulders. As it stands, she didn't really win.
