The uphill battle to convince people that this whole Kurt Angle fathering Jason Jordan storyline is anything other than outlandish continued this week. It isn't helping that Angle is so blatantly showing favouritism towards his 'son' by putting him in easy matches and punishing others for his crimes.

This time, it was Miz who suffered a beating from Brock Lesnar because Kurt didn't feel Jordan had to answer for wrecking the Intercontinental Champ's show last week. Miz was the one punished despite the apple of Angle's eye being the one to blame. Work that one out if you can.

To top it all off, Kurt plucked a random jobber out of nowhere to replace Curtis Axel (who was originally scheduled to face Jason) and thus set up another straightforward win for Jordan. This has to lead to something fast, otherwise the story will fizzle out before it really gets started.
