Both Brock Lesnar and Bill Goldberg will appear in the upcoming Royal Rumble match come January. Largely, this has made the other 28 men also involved in the bout inconsequential, the Rumble is being hyped as another chance for Lesnar and Goldberg to get their hands on one another.

That's the main story, something WWE referenced with a video packaging entering around Brock on Raw. After the highlight reel of F5 bumps and Paul Heyman's narration (warning against Lesnar's wrath following Survivor Series) concluded, a graphic flashed up revealing that Goldberg will be on the show next Monday night.

Byron Saxton was the one to break the news, and that was it for Lesnar vs. Goldberg this week. Even if it's true that WWE need not rush the hype, it's slightly odd that such a big star appearance was only mentioned once on Raw.

The fact there will be some out there who won't know about Goldberg's return isn't great, this is something the promotion should have been pushing down everyone's throats. Goldberg is hot news coming out of Survivor Series after all.
