6. The Slow Motion Leg Drop From Nia Jax Looked More Brutal

Anyone who has watched WWE programming regularly over the past decade will know many of the production techniques by now. During instant replays of big moves, the company enjoy showing the bulk of a spot in slow motion. Then, right before the attacking wrestler makes contact with his or her foe, the action reverts back to real time.

This gives the illusion of speed, making real time appear faster and more exciting. Further, it also covers up the impact, something WWE like doing. This way of doing things was remarkably absent on this week's Raw when Nia Jax crashed down on her squash match victim with a thunderous leg drop.

Shown in a replay, the move looked more impactful because it was shown fully in slow motion. The entire weight of Nia's leg could be seen coming down on Scarlett (the jobber in question), and it looked superb.

Here's hoping this becomes flavour of the month with the production crew, because seeing such brutal contact in slow motion really helps sell the pain.
