Match 1: Big E Langston vs. CM Punk

CM Punk def. Big E Langston via pinfall

Rating: 8.5/10

Review: A great heel vs. face match. A great TV match. Give that 10 more minutes and a special moment and that would be a great PPV match. Great in-ring work from both, and a superb selling of the GTS from Big E Langston. CM Punk also showed that he can work with a big guy.

Big E Lanston worked like a man who is being unfairly kept out of the Main Event scene, and hopefully the WWE will realise this soon and rectify there mistakes, especially when he had the esteemed pleasure of being compared to Brock Lesnar and The Undertaker by our "Wrestling God", JBL.

This is the perfect example of why putting someone over doesn't have to result in losing to someone. CM Punk made Big E Langston look fantastic in that match, while building himself as ready to endure his Battleground match. Great stuff.
