WWE Raw Chicago Review: 5 Big Talking Points From Seeing It Live

3. New Tag Team Champs, Tension In The Real Americans And Aaron Paul

Last week on Raw we saw Hulk Hogan return to announce he will be the guest host of Wrestlemania XXX. Undertaker made his return to challenge Brock Lesnar to a match. This week... we had Aaron Paul come out in a mustang with Dolph Ziggler, and that was it. Don't get me wrong, Aaron Paul is one of the most talented actors in the business and Breaking Bad is one of the greatest shows of all time, but this segment felt shoe-horned in. The only great thing was Dolph Ziggler picked up a win on Raw for what seems like the first time in months. New WWE Tag Team Champions were crowned in the exciting Usos. It seemed that WWE would push this feud to Wrestlemania and add a couple other tag teams like the Rhodes brothers or the Real Americans. However, the Usos finally got their emotional first championship win on Monday Night Raw. The match was really nothing special, as the most exciting thing was that about 10 CM Punk chants were started. Hopefully, WWE will keep pushing the Usos strong, give them real opponents and keep this tag team division alive. Speaking of tag teams and the Real Americans. Cesaro faced off in a few minute match with Big E (Don't call me Langston) before out of absolutely nowhere Jack Swagger decided to interfere and cost Cesaro the match. A little later in the evening Jack Swagger was set to take on Big E when Cesaro decided to return the favour with a DQ of his Real American partner. After the match it seemed like Cesaro was finally going to get his baby face turn when Zeb Coulter broke up the confrontation and forced the two to hug it out. Coulter must be taking advice from Dr. Shelby and the Team Hell No days. A match between these two is becoming more and more obvious. Let's hope WWE gives them the time at Wrestlemania and doesn't just set up a throwaway match on Smackdown. Did I mention Christian and Sheamus had another match? I was forgetful because the fans took over the match with chants. If WWE plans on having these two face each other at Wrestlemania XXX they better stop having it on Raw and Smackdown over and over.
