WWE Raw Newcomer Catalina ALREADY Finished On Main Roster?
Sin Cara's masked sidekick is on her way back to developmental.
Carolina's main roster run looks like it's over, with Sin Cara's masked sidekick set to return to the WWE Performance Center after only a handful of appearances alongside the tenured luchador.
This is according to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, who notes that Carolina was only ever brought in for Cara's short-term programme with Andrade and Zelina Vega, hence her sudden demotion.
Cara introduced Carolina (who was erroneously referred to as "Catalina" multiple times on WWE television) to counter Vega, who had interfered to cost the masked man a singles bout with Andrade, though this proved ineffective. He lost to 'El Idolo' again the following week, with his equalizer unable to make a difference, before the new alliance fell to Vega and Andrade on Raw's 4 November episode, seemingly ending the feud.
EWrestling.com note that Carolina's short-term promotion was part of a plan to have Raw feature more enhancement bouts with talent brought in to work bouts and small angles.
Carolina only signed with WWE back in August 2019. She is best known for her work as 'La Dive del Ring' Jessy on the Chilean independent circuit.
