4. Dean Ambrose

I'm not sure if this is an indictment of Dean Ambrose or WWE creative that he doesn't easily top this list, but there it is. The guy who once had the pintail to be the next big thing for the company, channeling the anti-hero spirit of "Stone Cold" Steve Austin with the manic unpredictability of "Rowdy" Roddy Piper has been watered down so badly he needs to walk around with a lifeguard at his side.

Out of all the moves that had been rumored in the week leading up to the Shake-Up, this one came out of nowhere - and it presents a problem with both secondary champions being on Raw. Does this mean that Kevin Owens will be heading to the blue brand Tuesday night? That's a definite possibility, but it leaves the Triple H storyline with no closure at all.

SmackDown's problem was that they had so few main event stars they had already cycled through almost all of their possible high profile programs before WrestleMania. Ambrose has already danced with AJ Styles, Baron Corbin and The Miz - as well as with Bray Wyatt extensively prior to the brand split.

That didn't leave many option for "The Lunatic Fringe", and the move to Raw opens up an entirely new set of possibilities for a guy whose popularity is beginning to wane. Perhaps this will lead to a heel turn for Dean to freshen up his character. Otherwise, it's logically inconsistent for he and Seth Rollins to co-exist peacefully on the same show without the tension coming to a head.
