3. Triple Threat Match For The Intercontinental Championship
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-JFYwS-by-A Monday Night Raw in Memphis saw the continuing dysfunction of the Real Americans. This all started weeks ago, when Jack Swagger would cost Cesaro matches, and then Cesaro returned the favor, and thenwell, you get the point. Zeb Coulter (who is highly underrated and criminally underused as a manager in my opinion) has been the glue struggling to hold these two together. On Raw, after Swagger lost to the Intercontinental champ Big E Langstonagainwe could see Cesaro laughing ringside. The two almost went at it, but Coulter forced them to shake hands after almost blowing a gasket. And yes, Cesaro is clearly a man with a strong grip. This may be the most obvious match that has yet to be announced. Swagger and Cesaro have done little else other than wrestle Big E in recent weeks. Sometimes both on the same show. Its clear these two are headed in opposite directions, as Cesaro is primed for a push after his undeniably awesome in-ring skills have lent way to overwhelming crowd support. Oh, and his airplane twirl doesnt hurt either. But considering Big E is without anyone to feud with, and hasnt wrestled anyone other than these two lately, it seems obvious the three of them will settle things at Wrestlemania. This provides two intriguing storylines in one match. One, we will see the Intercontinental Championship up for grabs in a triple threat match. I really dont know what the WWEs aversion is to having lesser title matches more often, but whatever. For me, titles need to be defended more often than were currently seeing. But at lest we get this at Wrestlemania. And two, this will be the final moment for the Real Americansat least in their current state. Cesaro will break away from the group. That much I can almost assure you. Hes set for a push, and I doubt its as a heel with Coulter. Swagger holds almost no value right now as a face, so it doesnt make sense any other way. Expect the divorce to be finalized at Mania. There is one other possibility, however unlikely it may be. The announcers often joke about the paltry sum of times Dean Ambrose has defended his US title. Could the WWE be looking to join these two titles in the same fashion as they did with the Heavyweight and WWE titles? Its possible that this becomes a fatal four-way, but something tells me this joining of titles will happen down the road. I think the Shield will be featured in some other way, and as a group. That could be ironed out in the next Raw. But Raw in Memphis hammered home another match we already knew about. It just did so in a weird, Undertaker way.
