WWE RAW Review: 5 Things We Learned (June 2, 2014)
2. Dolph Ziggler Continues To Get Buried
The first qualifying match for the Money In The Bank Ladder match was held last night on RAW, and your winner is Alberto Del Rio. Del Rio will go on to the MITB PPV and compete for an opportunity to wrestle for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at a time of his own choosing, should he win. This is no real surprise, with Del Rio nearly always in the title picture time and again, and Dolph Ziggler making another WWE Superstar look like a better performer than they really are. http://youtu.be/pfni9tX0pUQ For whatever reason, Alberto Del Rio is favored by Vince McMahon, and no matter how poorly he is received by the WWE Universe, he is always in the conversation when discussing the world title. As for Dolph Ziggler, the WWE continues to use him to showcase other talent and never giving him a chance to move beyond that spot. Ziggler is by far the best performer in the WWE today, and he gets zero credit time and again. He would be so much better served in TNA or Ring Of Honor where he could be allowed to really cut loose and develop into something more than mid-card fodder for other acts.
