US Title: Antonio Cesaro (c) v The Miz
The question of why this feud is ongoing is worth asking, but it seems destined to run until Wrestlemania. Cesaro beat The Miz at both Royal Rumble and Elimination Chamber, as well as owning him in plenty of other confrontations, but then on Monday Night Raw, Cesaro tapped out to The Miz's attempt at a Figure-Four, in a non-title match. One can only assume that means The Miz will claim another title match, and one can only assume that will be at Wrestlemania. Cesaro has been a revelation this year, cementing himself as a great heel and a fantastic wrestler with some seriously devastating power. He has worked wonders to establish the US Title, and at present he looks unstoppable. The Miz meanwhile has spent more time as a talk-show host than in the ring of late, which some might say is the best place for him, but he does have some star power as a former WWE Champ, and he can certainly use that to put Cesaro over at Wrestlemania and push him on to greater heights. However there is always the possibility that WWE will put the belt on The Miz at Wrestlemania, in order to, in their minds, cement him as one of their top faces. Prediction: Cesaro will face and defeat The Miz at Wrestlemania, and leave still US Champion.
