WWE Royal Rumble 2014: 6 Moments That Must Happen

2. The Crazy Spot

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_v6A2x01yu4 The Rumble for me should always have that unforgettable spot, John Morrison walking the barricade, Paul London's exit in 2005, or Vince McMahon's quads in 2005. In one moment a spot can make the Royal Rumble the must-see PPV of the year. What Should Happen: Seth Rollins. Seth Rollins is in danger of getting left behind as a member of The Shield. Roman Reigns seems to have the rocket behind him for the push, Ambrose has already held the United States Title for 8 months. If he is not careful then Rollins will be the forgotten man of this group. The Royal Rumble could be the perfect time to show his own brand of high flying and daredevil antics. I think most people suspect that this will be in the manner of a tremendous bump that would be talked about for years, taking on the mantle of a new Jeff Hardy. However I don't feel that this is the way to go. If Rollins really want to stand out he should try to create a spot in the manner of Kofi Kingston or John Morrison. Now maybe this is just me, but I feel that he has the athletic ability to do a run using the heads and shoulders of other wrestlers to return to the ring. A moment of Jack Sparrow-esque ingenuity to return to the Rumble could become one of the most famous moments in Rumble history. What Could Happen: Antonio Cesaro. Antonio Cesaro has been carving out his own little niche within WWE this year with his feats of strength and incredible wrestling ability. He is always going to be over with the internet wrestling community, but at the moment he seems to have hit a bit of a glass ceiling in terms of how far he is going to be able to go. The Rumble could be a magnificent opportunity to do something unforgettable. Cesaro's giant swing has been a fantastic addition to his arsenal, and the fan reactions show that every live crowd really appreciate this old school manoeuvre. The Royal Rumble could be an opportunity to show not only his strengths, but his ability to create unique spots. Now you might have to go with me on a journey outside the laws of physics here, my imagination and the laws described by Isaac Newton do not always see eye to eye. I love the thought that Cesaro somehow has the strength to giant swing someone over the top rope without actually crippling them. The conveniently placed group of jobbers milling about holding their heads waiting patiently to catch his victim would be essential. I know this is probably impossible, but a boy can always dream.
