WWE Royal Rumble 2016: Ranking Every Entrant's Chances
Big Guys Who Will Eliminate Lots Of Others But Won't Win
16. Luke Harper
A better worker inside the ring than some seem to give him credit for, Luke Harper's best role in the Royal Rumble would appear to be as one of the typical giants who is difficult to eliminate. Naturally, he would eventually succumb to the numbers game, which appears to be WWE's only way for monstrous men to lose in the Rumble.
15. Rusev
Rusev needs to get some of the heat back that he had during his feud in early 2015 opposite John Cena. Back then the 'Bulgarian Brute' looked impressive, but he's been hampered by some seriously poor booking ever since. As part of the League Of Nations, he could feature in some pivotal parts of the Rumble, but he's probably not going to do anything more than eliminate a few performers lower in the pecking order.
14. Ryback
Ryback is also in limbo at the moment. The 'Big Guy' is popular with fans, but he's yet another performer who seems to be killing time and waiting for something to really sink his teeth into. He won't be booked as someone who is easy to eliminate, but expect someone like Braun Strowman to eventually see him off.
13. Big Show
Confusing everybody with his promos recently, Big Show seemed to suggest that he was going to enter at #1. As it turned out, he actually meant he was the first wrestler to put his name into the hat for the Royal Rumble match. Show was not a popular choice to be near the end of the match last year, but he'll likely be in the ring come crunch time.
12. Kane
Unless WWE have something in mind to link Kane in with any potential Undertaker story, the 'Big Red Machine' might struggle to get on the WrestleMania card. In terms of the Royal Rumble, the ideal scenario could be a head-to-head collision with someone like Braun Strowman, who really needs a veteran like Kane to help make him look like a killer.
11. Braun Strowman
Braun Strowman is a pet project for WWE right now, so he'll be handed a strong showing in the Royal Rumble. It's implausible to picture the Wyatt Family member running away with the win, but there's little chance he will be eliminated by just one man. Perhaps WWE will book The Undertaker to aid Kane in getting rid of the giant.
